Blake Owen, PT, DPT

He/Him/His

Whole Body Health PT @ NW Portland

Blake is a physical therapist with clinical interests in sports rehab, spine care, and chronic pain. He especially enjoys working with shoulders, lower back, knees, and foot/ankle injuries. As a former swimmer, water polo player, and baseball player, Blake knows firsthand how pain and injury can affect daily life. His approach goes beyond treating just the injured area, he works to identify and address the root cause of the problem. Blake loves helping athletes, weightlifters, runners, and weekend warriors, as well as anyone looking to improve their quality of life through movement and exercise. He strives to build strong, collaborative relationships with his patients, offering tools and strategies that empower them to take an active role in their recovery.

Outside the clinic, Blake enjoys mountain biking, swimming, playing board games and video games, and the occasional TV binge for some well-earned rest. He describes himself as an “extroverted introvert” who thrives on connection but also values quiet downtime. Growing up with two parents who are music teachers, Blake developed a love for music and plays guitar, piano, and saxophone.
