Scholastics:

Caitlin graduated from The University of Utah with her degree in Kinesiology. She then attended Pacific University, graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and acting as a student ambassador for incoming PT candidates.

Credentials:

Caitlin has continued her education in areas including hand and upper extremity conditions, rock climbing injuries, hypermobility, pain neuroscience education, anti-fat bias in healthcare, and cultural competency. Her future educational aspirations include becoming a certified hand therapist.

Experience:

Caitlin has worked in outpatient orthopedics seeing a variety of conditions including patients experiencing low back pain, neck pain, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and hypermobility, ankle sprains, shoulder impingement, numbness/tingling of the upper extremity, and many more! They also love working with patients going through gender-affirming care and supporting them post-top surgery and beyond. Caitlin during her time as a student physical therapist participated in clinical rotations including early intervention pediatrics, outpatient orthopedics, acute care on the neurology floor, outpatient neurology on the spinal cord injury team, and their favorite, working in a specialty setting for upper extremity and hand injuries. Caitlin prides herself on creating a safe, positive, and non-intimidating environment for all patients to succeed in.

Hobbies:

In their free time, Caitlin enjoys bouldering inside and rope climbing outside. Fun fact: Caitlin broke her ankle bouldering, had surgery, and is now back doing what she loves. She is actively taking pole dancing classes as well. In the summertime, they love to hike and camp. Caitlin has a passion for tattoos, live music and comedy
