Scholastics:

Dr. Wallace earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, San Marcos. She previously attended La Sierra University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. 

Credentials:

  • Licensed in the state of Oregon

  • Herman and Wallace Pelvic Function Level 1 and 2A

  • DONA trained Postpartum Doula 

  • 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher trained 

Experience: 

Erin has worked as an OT in a variety of settings, including outpatient, home health, & telehealth. 

She understands the importance that valued occupations (daily activities) and roles play in our day-to-day lives and aims to support clients who are struggling with these due chronic hip/back pain, painful sex or urination, urinary/fecal incontinence, or related conditions. At the center of her practice, Erin approaches care from Whole Person, Neurodivergent Affirming & Decolonized perspectives. 

Her professional interests include the use of psychosocial strategies to address mental health symptoms impacting the pelvic floor, physical modalities to relieve discomfort/tension, somatic movement, and education to promote client empowerment and therapeutic follow-through.

Hobbies: 

When she’s not working, Erin enjoys occupations such as practicing yoga & pole dance, going to live concerts, swimming in any body of water, and eating out at yummy spots in the city. You might also spot her on a bike path during the summer!
