Scholastics:

Eryn graduated from the University of Mary (Bismark, ND) with her B.S. degree in Exercise Science, where she also played collegiate softball and was on the dean’s list with academic honors throughout her college career. She is now attending Pacific University, and is in her final month of schooling prior to taking her board exams and graduating as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She also acts as a peer tutor for incoming physical therapy students, and she has served on the professional student senate and class officer board.

Experience:

Eryn has already built up her clinical expertise working in outpatient orthopedic clinics treating musculoskeletal injuries involving the shoulders, hips, knees, low back, hypermobility, and generalized deconditioning. She also has experience working in both hospital-based inpatient and outpatient neurological settings providing care for patients with vestibular conditions, balance impairments, brain injuries and post-operative care, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. She enjoys brining in various other aspects of her exercise and movement experience into her treatments where beneficial, including teaching experience in pilates, yoga, and personal training. Eryn prides herself on creating a safe, non-judgmental, positive space in which all patients can feel successful.

Hobbies:

In her free time, Eryn enjoys hiking, playing slow pitch softball, going for walks, cooking, hanging out with her kitties (Rocket and Groot), and various arts and crafts such as crochet, scrapbooking, and painting. She also enjoys volunteering with the medical team at Special Olympics.
