  • This items is one of our absolute favorites for someone looking to improve balance and stability.

  • This item will test your boundries of balance and stability for your upper body, lower body, and even your abdominals.

  • There is a downloadable workout and exercise chart that is included with the product so you can see all of the versitility of using the BOSU ball.


Kettle Gryp

  • Extremely valuable purchase. Do you or your gym have dumbbells but few to no kettlebells? This turns all dumbbells into kettlebells!

  • Great for strength and cardio exercises especially incorporated into HIIT plans (High Intensity Interval Training).

  • A great starting platform for someone learning how to deadlift or lift objects correctly.
